I'm a wife, boxing instructor, lover of personal growth and a mum to two gorgeous kids Jayden 16 and Mikayla 11. Before I found the Empowered Women's Project, I was going through the same motions everyday (like most mums do) up early for my full time job, rush home after work, spend time with the kids and Joe and also try to fit in some me time. The me time often had to get put aside to get dinner ready, washing, help with homework etc, but that me time was so desperately needed. I felt like I had lost who I was, I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life, I had no idea how to move forward to find me and I knew I was not showing up as my best self for my family or for me, I was completely lost. 

Although I am incredibly grateful for my life, family, friends I always felt like there was something missing, something more I could be doing I just had no idea what it was. Now I am a feeling type person, so when I found the Empowered Women's Project (or maybe if found me) it immediately felt right to me. The holistic approach to wellness resonated so much, I knew I was not doing such a great job at looking after myself, the community behind the project literally gave me goose bumps, the idea that I could grow as an individual while building a business helping others, I had found what I was looking for. 

So much has changed in the last 3 years, I have grown so much as a person, my confidence lifted, I found my voice, my purpose my vision, my mission. While I was rediscovering myself, the kids found their own voice and their confidence also, both of them have matured so much in this time. We have created magic moments as a family and I now travel to the Gold Coast a few times a year, not to mention the life changing trip to Vegas. I have found my tribe, the most uplifting beautiful people who are there to help raise each other up and to help us become the best version of ourselves. 

The future no longer scares me, I am so excited for what it hold, to be able to help 1000's of families with their health and to guide women around the globe to find their something. My family and I will be forever grateful for this opportunity and how it has changed our lives xo
